Description
In early 2017 A chemist, a farm girl, 2 kids, a labrador, and a few cows and sheep, set out to convert their milking parlour into a micro brewery.. And they did..

Now using water from their own bore hole, filtered through the strong limestone hills of the peak district, and with the flair of a chemist as unique as his beers, they have created the ‘AAA’ range of craft ales..

Bottle. A gift from Totnes. The person not the place. Hazed deep bronze. Very tidy creamy white foam. Toasty and biscuity malt. Hint of savoury smoke. Hedgerow hoppage. Taste is fairly dry overall. Light body. High-ish foamy carbonation. Light earthy bitterness to finish. Nice enough albeit oddly tasteless.

Bottle. A gift of Totnes. The person not the place. Light haze on a pale gold. Good white foam lasts well. Dry cereal malt and lightly herbal citrus hop. Taste has a good depth of herbal citrus bitterness. Moderate sweetness on the lips. Decent body with fine brisk carbonation. Lengthy bitterness to finish.

Handpull cask at the Farmacy, Matlock. Light gold and clear with very little head and a bit of loose lacing. Bready aroma with floral notes, some hay. Initial sweet taste with some bitterness at the end of the sip. About as simple as you get but a decent drink that's hard to fault.
