Appearance: Hazy amber colour with a thick off-white head.
Aroma: Ester, caramel, yeast.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Ester, yeast, some fruit, sweet. Something off in the finish.

Appearance: Black colour with a very large beige head.
Aroma: Liquorice, lemon.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Loads of lemon and liquorice. Too unbalanced.

330ml bottle @Nk bar. Label says 6, 1%. Near black, espresso head. Roasted malt, vanilla and honey in aroma. Wood in the back. Lots of coffee in flavor, dark chocolate, honey, vanilla sweetness. Slightly ashy, burnt notes. Lingering coffee in the finish. Tasty one. Balanced.

Appearance: Almost black colour with no head.
Aroma: Chocolate, spices, chilli.
Body: A bit thin body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Chocolate, chilli that starts low but sets in after a few seconds. Chilli finish.

Bottled at NK Ölbar, Stockholm. Near black, mid sized pale beige head. Aroma of, well, licorice and lemon. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Coffee and licorice, lemon peels and real lemonade. Growing bitterness. Harmonious, despite the distinct flavours.

Bottled at. NK Ölbar, Stockholm. Cloudy amber, firm mid sized head. Caramel and mild grapefruit up front. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly malt dominates, light citric hops. Mid bitter finish with some pine.

Bottled at NK Ölbar, Stockholm. Very dark brown, no head. Chocolate and butter up front. Sweet with full body, low carbonation and soft mouthfeel. Jalapeno heat grows to outpower chocolate and butter. Increasingly spicy finish. One pr few chili beers I can deal with.

Bottled at NK Ölbar, Stockholm. Cloudy amber, small head. Fruity pineapple aroma. Sweet with rounded, sticky mouthfeel and full body. Pineapple and sugar, syrup, marzipan and breda. Fruity with low bitterness. Too sweet, an American style interpretation of the style.

Sweet, alcohol, solvents, yeast, spicy, grainy scent, some raisin, higher alcohol, cognac. Sweet, alcohol, apple, sugary, slight bitter, cognac taste. Cognac aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, to a bit fizzy, medium bitterness. Warming.
