Description
It’s safe to say that we like beer. In fact we like beer so much that we started our own brewery and it’s an employment requirement that everyone who joins our team is also passionate about beer. Obviously we’re a business so we have to make a profit each year so we can carry on working in the industry we love. We do that by making the best beer that we can.

Keg at London Beer House. It pours lightly hazy golden - amber with a tiny white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, big grapefruit vibe, orange, bubblegum and lemonade. The taste is dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, lime, lemongrass, toasty grain, touch of soap, floral action and grain. Finish is lingering bitterness and grapefruit peel. Decent enough grapefruit hoppy number. Aroma is more expressive than the taste though.

Cask gravity at Croydon Craft Festival. It pours hazy deep gold with a small white head. The aroma is sorachi ace fennel, aniseed, bubblegum, candy and lemonade. The taste is dry, bitter, herbal sorachi ace character, soapy citrus, straw, grass, waxy citrus with a drying and soapy finish. Medium body and fine. Sorachi act plays far too big a part of this beer. Really, really doesn’t work for me.
