All our beers are well balanced and made with premium "The Swean" malts, so we get the full, distinctive beers that we are proud of. After coming up with a special touch, we design a legendary character for every beer. Finally, we write and add an amusing story about the character and the beer. That's how we make one of the most fun things, drinking beer, even more fun.

very good dense yellowish head, stable over bright orange beer. Bit compelling spicy nose, dried herbs, citrus(peel), coriander; quite yeasty - bit 'hot'. Spices, herbs, dried ingredients. Some alcohol.. Again citrus and citruspeel. Backthroat sweetness, some lightly coloured malt, dried orange. Light to medium bodied, quite slick. Not bad, but the point being...?

Very good, fine & dense yellowish head, fairly stable, fed by well-carbonated orange golden beer, near clear. Delicate fruity hops' nose, quite a bit of citrus, unripe nectarine, green fruit. Other grains, wholemeal bread underneath the citrussy hops. Finish is much less exhilarating, even watery. Fizzy beer, bit overcarbonated (which doesn't help the finish at all), light body, faint wheatslickness. Thirstquencher with an attractive nose. Nothing more.

Very dark brown pour with a tan head. Notes of roasted malts, dark chocolate, oxidized cherries, dried fruit, roasted coffee beans, soy sauce, smoke, subtle peaty notes. Full body, smooth texture, bitter-sweet finish. Overall a bit too sweet but nice.

Hazy orange pour with an off-white head. Notes of grains, lemongrass, lemon zest, citrus, herbal hops, caramel, some light metallic/fruit oxidation. Refreshing but quite yeasty, it feels a bit unfinished.

Draught @ Tilburg Bierfestival 2017. Dark orange color, medium to full sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, herbal, a bit spicy though the cold tap temperature prevents it from being annoying, don’t really get the gin but I also have to admit I don’t really know what it tastes like. I do get a slight plant like hint that could get worse. Not annoying now though. Overall the flavor is quite nicely balanced between sweet and bitter. Medium body, medium -perhaps lightly firm- carbonation. Solid though for sure. 7-3-7-3-12.

Draught @ Tilburg Bierfestival 2017. Hazy murky yellow color, average to medium sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, wheat, a very nice fruity hoppiness and lemongrass indeed. Blanched though. Medium body, suitable soft carbonation. Lovely beer. 8-4-8-4-16.

Dark brown with lasting thin head. Aroma and flavour are grassy, malty. Fairly sweet and a touch of alcohol too.
