First drink after my two-yearly eye test, thankfully copious amounts of craft haven't affected them in the last two years, so on we go with this only mildly hazed golden coloured brew. Crisp, soft water that appeals, coupled with an easy enough strength. A hoppy beer in aroma and taste, it has a developing bitterness in its aftertaste.

Keg @ Stod Fold, Halifax. Hazy dull amber coloured with a head. Strong tasting with a light Belgian styled bubble-gum sweetness, evident in both aroma and taste, and a bushy-fruitiness.

Cask @ Stod Fold, Halifax. Dark amber with a creamy-frothy head. Bready-malty brew, a little thin in texture but easy supping nevertheless. Lower bitterness.
