Bottle at the IP2 bottle share, from the brewer at Beccles Farmers Market. Pours hazy amber/copper colour with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, fruit and light pepper. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Decent beer.

Cask @ GBBF 2016. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Cask at The Fat Cat pub, Norwich, Saturday 6th May 2017 Copper in colour with excellent clarity, Malty in the mouth but with just a tiny whiff of vinegar on the nose, fortunately this has not yet tainted the beer in the mouth though at a guess I wonder if it’s been on for a few days now perhaps. Fruity and punchy with plenty of oomph, I like this and possibly best of the day so far. A5 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.7

Bottle direct from the brewer at Beccles Farmers Market, Suffolk. Pours slightly hazy golden with a very small white head. Aroma of hop, fruit, floral notes and straw. Light sweetness, medium bitterness. Light body, slight sticky texture, soft carbonation. Rather ’rustic’.

Bottle from the brewers stall at Bungay farmers market. Pours slightly hazy dark amber with s small white head. Aroma of hop, grain, light fruit. Light sweetness, quite high in bitterness. High carbonation. Finish is bitter.

Bottle courtesy of Grahams. Pours deep golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light grain, grass, light fruit. Flavor is rather bitter, malt, bitter grassy hops. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and rather bitter finish. 170217

Bottle courtesy of Grumbo. Big thanks :-) Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with a light unclean edge. 170217

Bottle courtesy Grumbo. Nice head with good suration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, hops and has a nice bitter finish.

GBBF Day 4. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, no real head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Sweetish malts. Mild bubblegum esters. Pleasant generic berry fruits. Light semi sweet floralness. Touch of sweet marmalade. Light finish. Tasty.

Cask at GBBF ’16, day one, 09/08/16. Clear golden with a decent off White head. Nose is bitter fruit, straw, brown bread, grains, biscuit. Taste comprises earthy fruits, bready malts, toffee, biscuit crumble. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Average bitter.
