Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Very dark brown colour, nearly black. Beige head. Moderate malty and mildly roasty aroma, notes of dark bread. Moderate roast malts in the flavour too, a slight lactose sweetness. Inoffensive and easy drinking, but not remarkable.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Bjørnøy 23.05.17. Dark brown. Beige head. Fine aroma of chocolate, vanilla and roasted barley. Taste of bitter, dark caramel, dark chocolate, berries and vanilla. Perhaps also a slight hint of smoke, Rather good.

Fra flaske (batch 74) på RBHD på Bjørnøy mai-17: brunsvart med ok skum. Duft av brente malter, mørk kaffe og sjokolader, vanilje, laktose. Smaken likeså, og med en god, halvtørr avslutning.

Fra flaske på RBHD på Bjørnøy mai-17: lett uklar kobbergylden med ok skum. Citrus, mango, hint av søt appelsinmarmelade og fersken i fin kombinasjon både i aroma og smak, og med en fint avrundet bitterhet i ettersmaken. Slank og lettdrikkelig.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. ABV is 4.7%, 38 IBU. Reddish brown colour, minimal head. Nice aroma of fruity hops, some berry notes and malts in the background. Low carbonation. Flavour of fruity and bittering hops, with some lightly roasted malts. Slightly metallic aftertaste.

330ml bottle, batch 53, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Bubbly layer, cloudy copper-reddish body, minimal lacing. Almond and leafy hops on the nose. Mixed taste of caramel malts, almond and pine. Rounded mid-dry leafy hops towards the ending. Quite easy to drink. Decent stuff (Tromsø 21.04.2017).
