Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh grassy, leafs, orange, hay, citrus peel, hops, light malts, moss. Taste is mild grassy, hay, leafs, grass, light malts, hops, sugar, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly dry watery mouthfeel. Nice enough.

On tap at Bergen Ølfestival. A yellow one, almost white-ish, pale, and with a white head. The aroma has some yeast, with popcorn, pale malts and a little generic fruityness. The flavor doesn’t have the popcorn found in the aroma, it’s lightly yeasty and with pale malts and a fruity touch. Meidum to thin body with a nice carbonation level. Mostly fruity finish. An easy drinkable and refreshing one, but it lacks some to compete with the best. And I don’t like the popcorn aroma. 150906

On tap at Bergen Ølfestival. A small, off-white head forms over a lightly unclear golden colored body. Rather tropical nose, with mango the most evident. Some malts too, but unfortunately all of the aroma is rather weak. It’s full-bodied and softly carbonated, with a pleasant smooth bitterness in the mouth. Mango and some pale malts too, and a touch of citrus. Fruity finish. An easy drinkable beer that I find too mellow, but it’s a fine IPA for an IPA first timer. 150906

One-third pint, tap at BrewDog Grünerløkka (BD57). Patchy surface. dotted spots on the glass. Cloudy mahogany body. Mid-sweet dark malty nose, hints of liquorice and nuts. Brown malty taste caramel and nuts added by brown sugar and offset with a mild roasted ending. Rather well bodied for the low abv. Pleasant (Oslo 11.12.2015).

On tap at BrewDog Grünerløkka (BD57), Oslo. Almost completely clear deep golden to amber with a minimal, white head. Quite intense aroma of ginger with some fruity and spicy notes, malt and hints of citrus peel. Moderate sweet with ginger completely dominating the flavour, nice but mild ginger burn. Fra kran på Brewdog Grünerløkka 11 Des 15. Lys gyldenbrun. Lett uklar. Filmskum. Utrolig kraftig ingefæraroma. Smaken ingefær & pepper. Uvariert. Det tar en stund før smakssansene kommer seg til hektene igjen etter dette.
