Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, fair dose of caramel. Ripe fruits. A mild amount of floral bitterness. Fair few estery vibes coming through before the light finish. Bit messy.
