Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, apple skin, grass, hay, fairly harsh tannins and a good acidity in the finish. Mild bitterness. Medium body, mainly dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a good acidity. Nice one.

On tap at The Grove, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of hazy, farmhouse notes, and crisp apple skins. Flavour reveals plenty of farmhouse notes, hay, and crisp apple skins. A little sweet but has a nice subtle farmhouse character that pervades it. Solid.
