experimenting is a core part of what we do. we trial new techniques, flavour profiles and styles until we land upon a hit. A beer can be dreamt up, mashed in, brewed and served in the same space; making our brewery a hive of activity, be a Monday morning or a Saturday night.

Can from Centrale, Newcastle. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light burnt plastic and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is very sweet and rather bitter. Sweet and rather bitter finish. Shame about the burnt plastic. 100220

8/2/2020. From cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival, Birmingham. Pours dark brown with a small bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and berries. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a light tart edge. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation.

8/2/2020. From cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival, Birmingham. Pours murky pale yellow/gold with a small white head. Aroma of hops, fruit, light spice, yeast, flowers and rubber. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation. Aroma was very nice, otherwise bit disappointing.
