Description
Bexar County Brewery was born out of the need for newer more creative beers to be produced in England. The days of only having a handful of styles of beers to drink are ending, and we are part of that change. A beer revolution is occurring, and I am proud to be on the front lines.
Please have a look around. Here you will find loads of useful information (and plenty of rubbish as well) about the brewery as well as updates on beers being produced and where you may find them.
Cheers!

Gravity cask at the 2018 Nottingham Beer Festival. Purplish dark brown, almost black, with the tiniest ring of beige head. Coffee aroma with a touch of bramble. Robusta coffee in the taste, offset by a fruity sourness. Thick, oily body. A brilliant strong coffee stout.

Gravity cask at the 2018 Leicester Beer Festival. Golden, very hazy. Some citrus in the aroma with light banana. A bit dusty and unfocused. Bitter taste with a touch of sourness, some plastic in the aftertaste. Creamy body. Not one of Bexar County's best efforts.
