Description
In 2010, Rob decided to take his passion for cider making to the next level and became a craft cider producer. Over 9 years the company has expanded and now provides a variety of ciders across the Country but has not lost its original heritage or authenticity. The company, based in the quintessential village of Hallaton, Leicestershire produces a range of ciders using apples from orchards in Gloucestershire, Hertfordshire and from the farm itself.

BIAB at the William Stead JDW Darlington. Pale golden colour with afew bubbles on top. Aroma of fruity apple with a note of funk. Taste is mellow apple, sour, with some slight barnyard and tannins. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable.

Box @ Shrewsbury Hotel, Shrewsbury. Pours pale yellow with a few resilient bubbles. Light apple and flan aroma. Taste is gorgeous bittersweet apple flesh & very good medium dry fruity character. Super juicy. Could drink a full pint of this.

From the bladder bag at the Windlesora, Tourist Town Zentrum, 29/12/15. Hazed golden with pinkish hues and limited bubbles. Nose is pretty bland, straw, pink berry fruit, pear drop. Taste comprises pink apple, slight tarte edge, apple pie, straw, hint of berry, improvement on the nose. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Ok stuff.
