Bottle from Oddbins, Bruntsfield. Gusher. Hazy bronze body with a massive white head that doesn’t budge for ages. Lively carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of floral hops, lemon and a hint of plastic. Flavour of bitter lemon, bay leaf and soap. Thin body with a ridiculously fizzy mouthfeel. There are some quality control issues with this one - it’s laughably overcarbonated.

Bottle. Clear amber/brown body with a thin beige head that holds well. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of wood, stewed tea and nuts. Flavour of toffee, red berries and strong tea. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. I really enjoyed this - there’s a lot of flavour for the ABV. It reminded me of Fyne Ales’ Highlander.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of grass, steel and pear. Flavour of grain, herbs and bitter hops. Thin body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Simple but nice.
