APPEARANCE: very dark amber color to brown with ruby highlights. medium-low beige head with low retention. TASTE: medium roasted malt flavor with medium-high sweet background. unbalanced low bitterness. finishes sweet. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a dark lager excessively sweet.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 03/06/24. Golden blonde with a decent lasting just off white head. Nose is rather muted, pale malts, grains, herb. Taste comprises cereals, pale malts, grains, light fruit esters, stale bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable for the style.
