Description
In 1908 Ernesto Günther and a group of investors founded in the city of Cusco, a branch of the Cervecería Alemana Günther & Tidow. Aroma of grains. Taste is on malt, corn, with mid bitterness and a grainy sweet finish.

It is a regular weissbier, a bit sweet, malt, I don't really have the impression that they use wheat, creamy, tasting it during my differents trips in Peru.

330ml bottle from a South American stall in the Mercato market, Florence. Drunk out the bottle walking around Bobboli Gardens. Quite complex for a schwarz.. especially one from Peru. Some tobacco and smoke on the finish. Surprisingly interesting.

This beer is for Peru special. It is changing from the typical lager for barbecue. Quinua, sweet it is a bit like a syrup, drinking it during some of my trips in Peru.

It is a regular dark beer, not bad for a macrobrewery. The taste is malty, sweet, a little smocked, some hop, a bit watery, finding this beer in the region of Chosica and drinking it there.

It is the typical beer for normal people. I mean that it is a standard beer, grainy, watery, almost no hop, probably you have corn, so-so, trying it before 2018, in Comas, Collique, another marketing and boring lager.
