Draught@TCBW2022. Orange colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mikld nectary and biscuity tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, biscuity, some mild herbal tones with a bit of pineapple lurking too. Spruce tips and zesty bitter tones in the finish.

Draught@TCBW2022. Slightly hazy yellow colour with a creamy small white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is grainy, some bready and mild herbal tones with mild citrus elements. Flavour is crisp maltiness, some mild rice, a bit mild citrus with some herbs as well. Crisp Lager.

Draught@TCBW2022. Reddish purple colour with a small pink head. Aroma is plum, raspberries, some tartness with mild wood and some slight juicy tones. Flavour is raspberries, soem tartness and mild plum sweetness with some boysenberry jam as well. Sweetish sour thing.

6th April 2024
Can. Very hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Crisp pine. Good modern Galaxy bright melange of rich and slightly ripe tropical fruits, a little ripe citrus. The Hallertau Blanc hops provide a good uplifting grapey brightness. Light crisp finish finds a little hop spice starting to nibble.

Can. Pours hazy dark yellow with a large spongy off-white head, citrus-mango aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrusy taste with mango flavor, thin body, long citrusy finish. Juicy!

Can @ Mayhem, Manhattan (Feb 2024). Pours opaque dark brown with a large spongy tan head, sweet caramel aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter caramel-coffee taste, faint rye flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. Bitter but nice.

Can. Beer Stop Dronfield. Mostly clear medium gold. Slim messy sticky froth of white. Nose has biscoff biscuit malts. Bit of baked citrus. Some pine sap. Taste is bittersweet and mouthfeel is slick and full. Easy drinking bitterness throughout with matching collar. Nice.

Can. Beer Stop Dronfield. Fully hazed medium orange gold. Slim super sticky fully lacing lasting white foam. Can’t ask for much more. Nose is dank and sticky. Notes of ripe peach flesh. Baked citrus. Marmalade cake. Whiff of savoury. Lots going on. Taste is pretty sweet and a little estery, with a pithy zesty citrus bitterness. Smooth and fairly creamy with soft foamy carbonation. Rising bitterness to finish. Easy going big hitter.

Can. Beer Stop Dronfield. Fully hazed orange gold. Nicely frothy lasting bright white head. Lovely orange and lemon sorbet nose. Slight whiff of dank. Ice cream wafer malts. Taste is semi sweet with nicely balanced light pithy bitterness. Creamy throughout. Soft bitterness to finish. Really good fruity creamy pow wow with enough bitterness to keep it non-pastry feeling.
