Tap at the Pittcue, Devonshire Square. Pours clear copper brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of toffee, and rye, fruity, with light roasting, and lightly floral. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, rather watery texture, soft carbonation.

On tap at The Pittcue, Devonshire Square. Pours clear amber with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of moderate malt, caramel, fruit and lightly floral. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light to medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Finish is fruity and malty, slightly nutty, with lasting bitterness. A very tasty bitter.

High Wycombe Walkabout. Heidrun. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, no head. Smooth palate, low carbonation. Sweetish malts, Banana esters. Light ripe dried fruits. Smooth finish. Tired.

High Wycombe Walkabout. Heidrun. Cask. Hazy amber beer, no real head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable carbonation. Soft malts, fair bit of tangy toffee. Ripe fruits. Touch of apple. Light floral bitterness. Borderline acceptable.

Cask at Heidrun, 24/12/16. Golden amber with an off White head. Nose is tangy fruit rinds, apple core, light wood must, grain husk, vanilla essence. Taste comprises rotten apple, on the turn melon, grains, pear drops, damp cloth. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. A very basic sour.

Keg. A dull golden orange with no head. Aroma is weird crayon, wax banana and grainy, . Wheat. Flavour is composed,flabby wheat grains, banana bread, wax, honey. Palate is flabby, moderate carbonation not very good.

A reddy amber hazed coloured pour with a lasting beige head. Aroma is musty sour fruit, toasted malts, slightly musty. Spicy rye grains. Flavour is musty dour, oxidised spicy Rye bread solvent. Palate is grainy, moderate carbonation. Pretty bad.
