Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is lightly grassy but mostly soapy. Appears too young.. Taste malts, a bit dusty, a bit old hops, quite firm bitter. Hmm too bad, think the base is ok but it’s either too young or needs some tweaking.

Bottle @ Compagnietheater at the launch of this brewery. Clear golden color. Big uneven head, stiff like whipped cream, long retention. Aroma’s: boiled vegetables. Retronasal it’s also vegetables, fresh hops. Flavor is moderate bitter, moderate sweet. Medium bodied. Long bitter finish. Some work on the aroma would be good.

Tap @ Compagnietheater at the launch of this brewery. Cloudy, dark yellow color. Nice dense white head with good lacing. Aroma’s: not so much, light grain, light fruit. Retronasal there’s a bit more to it: fruity, light herbal, light sour, caramel. Flavor is light to moderate sweet, moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Good carbonation. Finishes somewhat malty, moderate bitter. Not unlike classic Belgian saisons.
