This was a free beer won from Ernesto987 during free beer week, 64 oz. brown twist off growler. Pours amber with off white head, and medium carbonation. Taste is fresh slightly delicate orange citrus, some grapefruit, and some herbal hop background. Enough flavor to cover the abv, but not lots of flavor compared to other double or triple IPAs. Big thanks to Ernesto987, my favorite IPA of the night.

Clear dark red brown colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart, alcohol, light roasted, moderate to heavy yeasty, cheese, baking yeast, light vinegar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, vinegar, dark berry - fruit, vinegar, sweet dark berry, wood, toabacco, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20121128]

Clear medium orange amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, orange - citrus, funky, wood, white wine notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dry, funky, hoppy, tart fruit, sour - brett, wood.
