Cask at GBBF 2023 - Day 1. Pours clear gold with a bubbly, white head. Lightly sweet, notes of wheat, a little clove, grass, citrus peel, soft yeast. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly clean finish. Kind of a hoppy hefe.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. A light haze on this gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts, sweet enough. Floral ripe fruits but the dominant flavour is banana. If you had told me this was a banana fruit beer, I would have believed you. Light finish brings creamy banana and mild pine. Amusing.

Pours clear golden with a thing white head. Aroma of yeast. Taste has light floral notes, some distinct pilsener-esque hops. Palate has hints of honey. Not bad, drinkable.

Draught @ the brewpub. Hazy bright yellow with a large foamy light beige head, citrus-pineapple aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrus peel-pineapple-mango taste, thin body, long finish. Decent DIPA.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours clear dark amber-copper with a small foamy off-white head, faint caramel malt aroma, high carbonation, bitter caramel malt taste, thin body, long bitter finish. On the bitter side and not strong in flavor.

Pours pale golden with a huge white head. Aroma of toasted malt, some pils, grassy. Taste has floral hops, nice toasted malt, some nuanced malt note. Palate has an unexpectedly strong smoked/toasted malt note that lingers on the nose. Quite good.
