Can from Great Grog. Hazy pale golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Fluffy lacing. Aroma of waxed lemon and dried grass. Flavour of barley orange and a muted hoppy finish. Thin to medium body body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A pleasant IPA.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours black-brown with a creamy, beige head. Light-medium seeet flavour, balanced roast, burnt toasted brown bread, a little cocoa, ash, nips of earth and raisin. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lingering lightly bitter ashy roast finish. Solid.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours clear, pale yellow with a frothy, pure white topping. Lightly sweet, clean, some pale biscuits, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly drying finish, more straw, light grass, biscuits. Lean and drinkable.

Super chocolatey and not at all bitter. Lovely.

Not very yeasty. Nice.

Can from the Little Leeds Beerhouse. Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of vanilla, wood, bourbon, chocolate. Taste is woody, bourbon, vanilla, cocoa, light roast. Ťhin finish.

From tap at Villages Taproom in Deptford 22.04.22. Ebony. Dense and persistent brown head and lacing. Refreshing, and moderate, aroma and taste of roasted barley, dark chocolate and slightly citrusy hops. Waterish and fizzy mouthfeel.

From keg at The Dog & Bell in Deptford, London, with Idar and his family 14.04.22. Clear golden. Foamy off-white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of citrus, pale malt and succade. Decent bitterness. Crisp mouthfeel. Very quaffable.
