Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Clapton Craft. Pours clear, pale yellow, lightly effervescent, with a frothy, pure white head. Lightly sweet with notes of lime rind, pale biscuits, a little bitter hay, grass, lemon. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, more citrusy hop notes, biscuity pale malts, a little grapefruit, straw. Mighty drinkable stuff.
