Cask @ Reform Inn, Barnstaple. Golden with a thin bubbly head. Has a mild sticky-sweet texture and taste with a few malts, less hops, and its pale ale character is mostly found in its aftertaste. Not kept that well.

Cask @ Reform Inn, Barnstaple. Clear copper with a very thin head.mildly malty bitter with a light texture and mild sticky-sweetness. Not kept that well.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Barum Breakfast ].Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, sweet malt, phenol, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity, yeast, phenol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20150811]

Tried at the brewpub. And enjoyed it very much. Amber colour with a white head. Decent fruity and hop aroma. Taste is slightly bitter with a hoppy fresh finish.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear amber beer, no real head. Palate is light and dry, fine carbonation. Sweet marmalade. Sweet bubblegum esters. Tangy orange in to a little apple. Light dry finish. Okay.

From cask. Pours cloudy orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is fruity, light herbal. Bitter, dry and slight herbal. Bone dry and bitter finish.

Cask. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is some nectar, wood, mild resin as well as citrus and some mild bready notes. Flavour is grapefruit, mild nectar, some resin as well as sappy notes.
