Description
We brew beer that is distinct because we believe that moments together call for something memorable. It could be our Midwestern roots, or the land we draw inspiration from, but crafting the right beer for the right moment is central to us.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy dark brown color with a large foamy orange-tan head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was bourbon, brown sugar and toasted coconut. The flavor was boozy bourbon, toasted coconut, dark fruits, red wine and brown sugar. The finish was long bourbon, toasted caramel and dark fruits with a lingering alcohol presence. Thick and full bodied. A bit too boozy but otherwise excellent.

Pours an orange-copper color with little by way of head. Aroma is very strong with floral and hop. Flavor is quite biting--lots of citrus and strong hop bitterness. Finish is quite bitter as well.

Refrigerated bottle compliments of joepeesie poured into a snifter. Pours black with light then dark brown highlights and small light brown head. Little lacing, medium body, low carbonation, and sweet coffee aroma. Taste is roasted malt, bourbon, coffee, oak, and a hint of vanilla. Good, just the right amount of coffee.
