On tap at Peders, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of dry wood, medium roasted malt, and a touch of dusty dry cocoa. Flavour is super dry, with touch of dry woody notes, light oak, and a touch of cocoa. Dry, oaky, woody, and roasty finish. Excellent.

A black beer with a tan lacing. Aroma of intense bourbon, wood whiskey, strong dark malt. Taste of whiskey, bourbon, strong dark malt, ash, tobacco.
American oak, a bit boozy. Taste is along the same lines, also on the thinner side as another XXVI one.

A lot of American oak, some berries, moderately sweet, a bit of "meaty" notes. Slightly on the thinner side, but still a quality one.
