On tap at Peders. Pours black with a beige head. Roasted malts, molasses, and bourbon barrels on the nose. Flavour has toasted bready malts, dry caramel, woody bourbon barrels on the finish. Great barrel character, very well-done.

A black beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of sweet strong dark malt, coffee, wood, some bourbon. Taste of bourbon, liquorice, strong dark malt, whiskey, boozy finish.

On tap at Peders, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of wood, oak barrels, bourbon barrels, and medium roast. Flavour has a nice whiskey barrel character, lots of wood, roasted malt, and oak. Wood, barrely and complex. Excellent.

On tap at Peders, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of dry wood, medium roasted malt, and a touch of dusty dry cocoa. Flavour is super dry, with touch of dry woody notes, light oak, and a touch of cocoa. Dry, oaky, woody, and roasty finish. Excellent.
