TAP @ Cafe Pardaf. Dark brown, almost black body under a thin beige head. A rather mild version of a pastry stout with roasted malt, chokolate and alcohol. Nice, bold and not too sweet.

Draught No head but beige rim over jet-black beer. Bourbon, rum, raisins, black chocolate, holly. Quite boozy nose. Chocolate, coffee cream, Bourbon, vanilla. Soft roast, just a tad meaty. Somewhere vinous, as wine made from raisins. Chewy, alcoholic, voluptuous, oily. Low carbonation. Impressive, absolutely.

Ah yes, that's some deep and lovely stuff! Tons of bourbon spice and booze, balanced by the strong malty base. Caramel, oak. Canned in 2024. Would've loved to try it together with the 3 Year version but these are HEAVY

Немного разочеровался. Очень тяжело, бочка овер сильная, шоколад сильный, но без сладости особой. Классика вроде, но ожидал большего.

On tap at Cafe Pardaf. Chocolate, roasted malts, brown sugar and a spiced hint. Alcohol, booze. Full body. A really nice one, although a bit sweet. 848415 251108

2018 vintage. Pours black, small and slightly tanned head. Scent is roasty, mild soy. Pretty mild on the barrel (perhaps fue to age as well). Taste is sharp, rather boozy, roasty, some soy. Barrel profile is mild, accept the boozyness. Medium body with medium low carbonation. Solid, perhaps peaked before , but not too old yet. Would have prefered more thick and less boozy though, probably due to being used to pastry stouts nowadays.

Aromas are very mild malt with a little bit of peach and hints of barnyard. Flavors are similar to nose with peach coming out more. Bittersweet with a slightly peachy sweet finish. Drinkable but nothing special.

Medium brown, so much cinnamon, so much coffee. Medium malt base, some toasty notes. Nice…good sugar richness but not other level. Yet they have still put together a tasty and balanced beer.
