Bottle @ fonefan tasting. As Bellot Cidre de Cru Doux 2.5 % ABV. Clear yellow wit a white head. Aroma is sweet and apple juice. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 231113

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp apple, slight citrusy. Citrusy, apple, sulphorish and slight yeasty. Lingering fruity and crisp finish.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of apples and applecore. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and vinegar, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear golden with a sparkling, dissipating white head. Sweet, discreet apple aroma. Light body, discreet apple notes nice balance between sweet and tart but really no more than a sparkling apple juice. Very quaffable though. 180311

Yellow colour, head goes down fast. Soft apple aroma. Taste is all sweet apples, from sweet to sweeter, with a sweet finish. Not complex but refreshing.

Shared by Skyview. Thanks Bob. Apple aroma. Apple flavor with some yeast. A little sweet, but not too much sugar as far as sweet ciders go. I like to taste the yeast in a cider and this one has it.
