Bottle sample at a tasting at a Yoav's place. Clear golden. Apples, a bit of sulphur, sweetish, funky hint. Decent. Refreshing.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is big sweet pears, vanilla, super tempting, dash of minerals. Taste is juicy pears, lieblich in its sweetness, again dash of minerals, champenoise carbonation, semi-dry finish. A bit sweeter than the best examples, but just tasty - and at only 2%!

Light hazy apple juice colour. Tart, dry and sweet with notes of wood, some bitterness. Not the most balanced cider.

750mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a tiny head. Aroma brings out gently sweet pears and light champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is moderately sweet, with bright pears, light champagne effervescence, and a hint of hugs. Light, sweet but sorta complex. Good stuff.

750mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a large but rapidly vanishing white head. Nose brings out plenty of champagne-like effervescence, toffee apple, stewed apple, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is considerably sweeter than typical French bruts; there's indeed a musty, funky champagne-like vibrance upfront, followed by toffee apple, light apple skins, and caramel. The sweetness is definitely there, but it feels simultaneously attenuated to a large degree -- such is the beauty of French ciders. Assertively carbonated, which seems to blunt the sweetness and express the funky character. Excellent.

Bottle at THT January. Bit hazy pale straw with not much head. Sweet and tart pear, soft funk, light flowery, white grapes. Mostly pear. Medium sweet and under medium sour. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Lovely.
