Description
Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer.
The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. Each beer is individual, overflowing with flavour, aroma and texture. Each holds its own secret. Each is a little dangerous.
Liquid Mistress, Under Current, Sound Wave and Broken Dream are here to tease, sway and persuade. They gently beckon you to a new world of taste. Let yourself be carried away. Be enticed…

330ml can via Beer52. Drank at Auntie Sue's on 5th June 2026. By far the best beer of the 12 I've had in this Siren series. Black bodied, beige roof, slick, boozy and semi sweet maltiness with caramel and chocolate flavours from start to finish.

[44cl can from the Beer52 online store.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a fast fading white head; citrus aroma; smooth with a big tropical fruit taste - pineapple, lemon, papaya, followed by some raspberry and redcurrant. Very tasty.

330ml can via Beer52, drank at Auntie Sue's on 5th June 2026. Black bodied, tanned roof. Malty and fairly rich with both chocolate and coffee flavours to the fore. One of the better beers in the series I got from Beer52.

330ml can via Beer52. Drank at Auntie Sue's on 5th June 2026. Hazed dirty gold body, white wispy head. All a bit weak and watered down in my opinion, I've not been impressed with many of the beers in this series to be honest and this hasn't changed my mind.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black with a two and a quarter fingers of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet rugged woody dry earthy tones with dark chocolate and milk chocolate with sweet earthy coffee tones
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bitter earthy quality; finishes fairly dry with earthy coffee and dark chocolatey-ish notes
Texture: medium bodied; good sipper; some smoothness but that dryness punches back to scale back some of that smoothness; good carb level
Overall: pretty good pastry impy stout just a bit drier than expected.
