Description
Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer. The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. Each beer is individual, overflowing with flavour, aroma and texture. Each holds its own secret. Each is a little dangerous. Liquid Mistress, Under Current, Sound Wave and Broken Dream are here to tease, sway and persuade. They gently beckon you to a new world of taste. Let yourself be carried away. Be enticed…

330ml can via Beer52, last of the series of 12 I received, this was drank on 9th June 2026 at Auntie Sue's. Light haze in the golden body, white crust on top. Strata hops doing their thing, giving a mixed bag of fruitiness and dankness, one of the better beers of the series.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A pale amber pour with a thick white head and high carbonation; citrusy aroma; smooth, sweet malty body with a citrus bitterness; then some grapefruit and lemon pith to finish. Clean and refreshing with tasty malts.

Aromas of citrus, some exotic fruit, and a touch of floral. Nice, creamy white head. Almost clear, slightly opalescent, golden, citrusy, dry, with a crisp grapefruit bitterness from the very beginning. A truly pleasant beer with a distinct bitterness, which I like.

A touch of cloudiness on this orange beer. Small head that had difficulty forming. Citrus fruits, tropical sweetness, candied fruits, some resin. Medium bodied. Finish has more resin and candied fruits. Lightly bitter. Fine but slightly underwhelming.

[44cl can from the Beer52 shop.] A hazy pale amber pour with a thin white rim; crisp resinous aroma with some stone fruit; rich grape taste with overpowering alcohol; then a long, dry, fruity finish; and a pleasant warmth in the chest. Not quite what I was expecting from Nelson Sauvin.
