12/6/2026. Bottle from Beer Park, Llanelli. God pour. Nice dabinett apple aroma with a touch of sulphur. Medium plus sweetness, touch of tangy tartness. Cloying sweet finish. Likeable.

Sample courtesy of Cheeseboard, cheers Simon! Clear pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of perry pear, fleshy, caramel, funky notes. Taste is peary, fruity, perry, some flowery notes, alittle funk, with caramel & honey hints, mellow acidity and light tannin. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Cheeseboard, cheers Simon! Clear golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, core. Taste is sweet, red apple, fruity, some core and light acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

500 ml bottle online from Stori, Bala. Pours clear mid gold with a fast dissipating opaque head. Aroma: mellow apple, smidge of funk, Taste: light to moderate sweet, clean, lightly dry, bittersweet apple, low tannins. Light to medium body with lightly spritzy carbonation.

330 ml bottle online from Stori, Bala. Pours clear pale yellow with hardly any head. Aroma: sweet perry pear. Taste: moderate sweet, clean, lightly crisp, sweet pear. Towards medium body with no/low carbonation. Nice flavours.

500ml bottle from Tanners Wine Merchants, Hereford and drunk at home. Lightish gold, clear with a little bit of head fizzing up. Slightly sour apple skin in the aroma, a little touch of sugared pear drop. A nice little balance in the taste, although itβs more sweet than medium with just a bit of acidic tang. Short sweet finish.watery body with carbonation on the heavy side. Thereβs not an incredible amount to it but it certainly is a pleasant cider.

330ml bottle - Pours a lightly hazed golden amber colour with a short lived fizzy head. The aroma is apples, sweet pulp, stewed and skins. A medium sweet fruity taste, sweet apples, caramel, tannins and a light bittersweet finish.

330ml bottle from Bottle & Barrel, Aberystwyth. Shared with Soph in the company of Fly Skywalker. Clear pale gold. Familiarly sweet perry pear aroma. Oily on the palate, clean and gently sweet overall with good blakeney red notes shining through. Decent simple perry.
