Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fleshy, core. Taste is tart, apple, fruity, fleshy, some apple core, alittle funk hint and light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

1/6/2023. From BIAB at the 36th Colchester Real Ale & Cider Festival. Pours hazy pale yellow gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is apple, slightly musty, citrus, leather, funk and light perfume. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, moderate tartness and body. Slightly watery, low carbonation. Fine.

Aroma is apple, core, a little stewed, stone fruits, caramel, sugars. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, low carbonation. Dry bitter finish. Not bad.
