14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours hazy pale amber brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is woody, fruity, earthy, red wine, hint of rhubarb. Moderate sweetness, medium sourness. Medium body, average carbonation. Enjoyable.
