We're located on the corner of McGilchrist and 19th St in the beautiful city of Salem Oregon. Drive onto the industrial lot and look for our lively tasting room.

​We are a 10 barrel brewery, cidery and restaurant, with over fifteen Santiam Brewing craft beers and cider on tap, as well as varying guest wine taps. We have a full kitchen, and serve British Pub Fare, as well as Classic All American Pub Fare from our regular daily menu. Open for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

​Santiam also boasts a dedicated cask bar (at cellar temperature), with four cask conditioned ales on tap from our beer engines.

Sample at the tap room. Clear straw color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Malt, yeast and hops in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of grainy malt, earthy hops and a bit of fruit. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the tap room. Cloudy yellow color with a medium thin white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Wheat, malt and spice in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, biscuit malt and cloves. The finish is wheaty with a spice and banana aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bomber from Tavour. Nose is chocolate, light vanilla, very light cloves, and a little roasty coffee. Black with a big heavy lacing, long lasting, tan head. Flavor is mocha with nice light amounts of bourbon.

Bottle - Weird umami notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Sweet and meaty with a malty finish. Not pleasant.

Draft - Big boozy barrel notes. Jet black with a decent light brown head. Sweet, boozy, barrel notes and roasty bitterness. Big and bold.

On tap at the 2015 HAF. Pours a brown reddish color with a large white head. A big sweet vinous nose. The flavor is light roast, chocolate, bigger fruity wine. Very woody. Solid.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Santiam Stonehenge IPA ].Clear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, earthy hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, earthy hops, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150811]

Cask at GBBF ’15, day 1, 11/08/15. Clear golden orange with a moderately appointed egg shell white covering. Nose is orange pith, light pine, straw, citric peel. Taste comprises earthy hops, orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying cllse. Ok IPA.

Cask at GBBF 2015. It pours rich oily golden - orange. The nose is sweet, very juicy, oily, orange, peach, light honey, grapefruit and lychee. The taste is bitter, oily, peppery grapefruit, pithy lemon, some astringency, resin, orange rind and some danky grassy notes with a dry finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel. A rather juicy IPA, which works pretty well on cask.
