Corked and caged 375 ml bottle from the brewery, via delivery, 8/13/21. From the Temps Perdu: Adventuresome set. 2019 Version: Bottled May, 15 2020. Pours out mostly clear, with a fizzy white head that dissipates down to nothing fairly rapidly. Earthy, herbal. Funky. Rather acidic. It's solid, but it's slightly more acidic than my personal preference.

Bottle shared in HW - sourced from the brewery. Pours unclear orange-gold with a frothy white head. Sturdy acidity, ample woody dryness, grass, mild lemony tang, background funk. Medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, nips of tangerine, grass, present acidity, lemon peel, more pale wood. Excellent.

Bottle shared at Colin's place. Thanks. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice big horsey funk, apricot, fuzzy peach. Flavour is composed of tart, prickly fruit, nectarine, peach. Farmyard funk. Palate is semi sweet, tart and bitter, highish airy carbonation. Nice.

Tasting at Chez Cloin. Thanks to Leighton. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Airy malts, reasonably sweet. Some acetic fruits into soft floral grape. Mild spice. Little funky barrel on the back end. Vague dusty note. Tidy.

375 ml bottle from the blendery, via delivery, 7/30/21. 2018 Bottle (Bottled on June 26, 2019). Rating # 9494! Pours a mostly clear, slightly darker orange color, thin head, not much lace. Big, big sour and funkiness. This one is vinous, very tart, even vinegary. Well made, but this one is a lot from a sourness perspective.

Bottle, thanks to LKS, split at the Grand Reunion Tasting, Watford 02/10/20. Dusty looking cherry red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is bitter cherries, wood must, tarte berries, funk, light dungy tones. Taste comprises sharp cherries, light acidic bite, funk, barnyard esters, citric zip, cherry stones, wood must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tangy but balanced acidic reposte. Solid gear.
Cognac forward funk, better than 50N imo, lingering tart finish, deliciously crisp.

16 oz can from the blendery, via delivery, 7/9/21. Clear gold, fizzy head. Very tart and a little funky. Well made, but not really my thing.

375 ml bottle from the blendery, via delivery, 7/3/21. Bottled 7/11/20. Pours a bright pinkish-orange color, fizzy white head. Bright strawberry and funky yeast aroma. Excellent on the nose. The flavor is much more vinegary than I expected from the aroma. Still good, but damn if the aroma isn't putting me on a little compared to how it tastes. Pretty great overall, but I wish the taste could have lived up to that amazing nose.
