Description
In a region renowned for delicious local produce and divine taste experiences, Bowness Bay Brewing have been producing a range of hand-crafted traditionally made beers using the famous Lake District water to create the freshest, cleanest beers around.
First brewed March 2012 initially based in Winster, Windermere. The brewery moved to its site in Kendal in Summer 2016, since then expanding several times.

Bought in Grasmere after a walk on the fells. Bottle. Very pale gold, small & brief white head. Aroma of hay, biscuit, lemons. So it tastes. A little watery but refreshing.

Bottle from somewhere in Grasmere. Dark brown, fading beige head. Bread, dark sugars, some citrus and spices.Light bodied. Some licorice as well. Drier with light spice and modest bitterness.
