Cask at Pigs Ear 2016 - London. Pours copper-brown with a frothy, khaki head. The aroma holds toasted bread, aged fruits, earth. Light sweet flavour with burnt caramel, coffee, mellow earthy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more leathery fruits, berries, earth, faint cocoa, toast. Fine.

Cask @ Old Print Works, Wakefield. Clear golden with a small head. Has a berry-sweetened hoppy character, but quite a light tasting one.
