Pig’s Ear Fest. Cask. Light haze on this deep reddish - amber beer, a few pale tan bubbles. Smooth light malts bring mild toffee - caramel. Floral overtones with a mild and tired fruity vibe. Light semi dry finish. Tastes fine but overall has a somewhat tired vibe. And 4.8% is strong?!
