Description
We opened our doors in Brixton in mid 2013 with the aim of teaching Londoners how to make beer. We have expanded operations at this site to offer up to 30 draught lines featuring our commercially available beers, exclusive nano brews and guest beers plus a large stock of cans and bottles to take home. We remain one of the very few venues in London to stock home brewers with hops, malt and yeast.

Sweet malty aroma. Orange amber. Slightly hazy. Thick creamy off-white head. Sweet. Vanilla. Malty base. Definite ice cream vibes. Medium bodied. Creamy. Average carbonation. Abrupt finish. Nice enough. Too sweet to session.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours lightly hazed orange with a tight, creamy off-white head. The nose holds berries, meringue, vanilla, pale bread. Medium sweet flavour with some oily vanilla, bready malts, a little coffee perhaps. Medium bodied with fine tknaverage carnoantion. Moderate sweetness in the finish, more vanilla, bready pale malts, low bitterness, more meringue, white cake. Fun stuff.
