Cask at the Great British Beer Festival 2016, day 2 - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Light sulphur in the nose, cereal, biscuits. Lightly sweet, some hay, dried biscuits, lemon peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with notes of pale grains. OK overall.

Cask gravity at the Pig's ear beer festival 05/12/2017. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is decent floral notes, elderflower, wheat, straw, wit yeast. Flavour is composed of pale grains, wheat, straw, chalky, thin, orange wheat. Palate is pale grains, thin with mellow carbonation. ok.

Chelmsfaaarhd Winter Beer Fest. Cask in KEGS. Almost opaque dark brown beer with a few tan bubbles. Smooth palate, mildly dry and with just modest fine carbonation. Soft dark malts, a little dark chocolate. Mild but clear nail varnish. Little apple. Modest sherry and ripe fruits. Weak and skewed. A rare duff stout from the this brewery.

Chelmsfaaarhd Winter Beer Fest. Cask in KEGS. Hazy gold - amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, sweetish. Sweetish floralness and citrus. Light finish. A sweet but otherwise clean gold.

Cask @ Chelmsford Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is dakr borwn. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, amlt and hops. Sweet finish.

[ As Round Tower Winter Sun ].Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, sweet malt, frutiy malt, fruity, light hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, fruity.
