Can at home, shared with James, 21st March 2026. Pours thick and black, aroma is, complex, roasted malts, liquorice and liquor, barrel, bananas, dark fruits. Taste is impressive, roasted malts, chocolate, barrel, bourbon and vanilla, fruit - an absolute belter, and not too sweet

Can from Kvickly Odder @ Jakobs. Pours hazy dark brown with a tan head, some floaties. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, coffee, light chocolatw,light vanilla. Flavor is sweet, malt, caramel, sweet coffee, light chocolate. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, sweet finish. 220326

Can. Just a light haze on this slightly yellowish gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin bodied pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Dolcita hops (HBC1019) bring light cooling pine and very mild hop spice. Soft coconut, light mildly ripe pineapple, light soft citrus. Mildly crisp finish. Tidy IPA. Dolcita could be punchier here but, it goes down fine and holds the attention.

deep dark brown colour, one inch of dense brown head; aroma of chocolate mousse, dairy cream, some coffee, smoked (bacon) and leather notes; taste is similar to the aroma with more intensive dark chocolate-like notes and less intensive smoked-ness; really good one!
