Bottle from Vine King, Weybridge. Funky apple vinegar aroma, with floral notes. Light brown. Caramel. Lively and frothy off-white head. Light sour. Before gaining becoming somewhat malty through to a bitter edged finish. Off savoury toffee apple thing going on. Perhaps due to being a month past the BB date. Thin bodied. Watery. Fizzy carbonation. Abrupt but warming finish. OK. Not quite the bruin it promises. Odd aftertaste.

Bottle from Bottle Shop Heroes, Wood Green. Pours pale amber with a bubbly lasting off-white head. Aroma of Indian spices and herbs, reminiscent of a chana masala I had recently. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, very soft to flat carbonation. Wasn't sure what to expect but this is very drinkable. Enjoyed it.

Cask gravity at The Two Halves Margate. Black beer lasting tan head. Charcoal molasses aroma. Juicy in mouth leading to a bone dry finish. Drinking any beer with the viee of the drama of Margate bay makes it better. Dry oily. A really weird stout. Like an impy stout with the thickness in the mouth but not the abv. So must have lots of unfermentables left in it odd.
