Description
A fiercely independent, family owned brewery based next to the oldest Dock in London. We are proud to be in an area with such a proud industrial heritage, where the first IPA’s were shipped from. Whilst using traditional brewing techniques, we like to create our beers with a modern twist and we only use the best quality ingredients. We believe a good beer should be packed with flavour, but above all it should be balanced. This is what we aim to achieve in every beer we produce. All our beer is brewed and bottled in-house by hand, with the utmost care and attention. Enjoy.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a small white creamy head. Aorma is peach, some sweet toffeeish maltiness and a bit wooden tones. Flavour is peach, some toffee, crisp biscuity notes with mild floral bitterness to it. Easygoing, but could do with a little bit more bitterness.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 2. Pours clear yellow-gold with a bubbly, white head. Light sweet flavour, some pissy hops, grapefruit, lemon rind, dry pale malts. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Pretty well balanced finish.

Keg at the brewery taproom (they'd run out of several of their other beers, hence I was forced onto the lager). Pale yellow-gold with a white head and far too aggressive carbonation. Sweetish honey background with light hints of grass and lemon. Crisp, clean finish. Rather ruined by the fizz and a little boring flavour-wise but it's ok I guess.
