Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of cardboard and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt syrup, cardboard, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

33cl bottle from Beerwulf Webshop. F: medium, egg-white, average retention. C: amber with orange hue, hazy. A: malty, orange, mellow tropical fruits, toast, onion effect, bit pine. T: medium malty base, orange, bit mango, pine touch, bit herbal but in a good way, caramel, toast, more like old school IPA yet quite nice, soft carbonation, enjoyed.

Cloudy medium golden colour, good frothy off-white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, cloves, some coriander. Taste medium sweet, light bitterness and even lighter acidity, wheat, yeast, spicy notes. Aftertaste sweet but with a bit more bitterness and acdity, yeast, spicy touch. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, refreshing. not completely balanced, nice though.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 13 Feb 2019) Black colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with coffee, dark chocolate and some ashes. Malty, roasted taste with notes of fresh coffee, dark chocolate, blueberries and a generous coffee bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty, but a bit unbalanced with coffee overshadowing the rest. Quite nice, though.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Coop Culemborg. Clear dark golden with a white head. Malty spicy orange aroma. Sweet taste with a bitter finish. Starts as a standard Belgian tripel but when warmed up a bit it becomes fuller, tastier and just better.
