Cask at the craft beer Co Islington. Aid copper coloured pour with a halo of head. Aroma is nutty, twigs, raisin.. Palate is semi sweet, ok cask condition. Flavour is composed toasted malts, dried fruits, brown bread, little thin,. Little burnt sugar note.

Cask at CBC Islington, 18/12/18. Clear golden with an off white head that dissipates edgeward in time. Nose is mellow citric peel, grass, melon, toasted grains. Taste comprises melon, orange pith, gentle citric pith, hint of tea leaves. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough golde.

Cask at CBC Islington, 18/12/18. Deep mahogany brown with reddish hues topped with a beige cap. Nose is fruit cake, spice, biscuit, dried fruits, dates. Taste comprises fruit cake mix, clove, spice, stewed fruits, stollen cake, toffee. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent cask Christmas affair.

Cask at the craft beer Co Islington.a clear mid golden coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is midget gems, mamgo, tangerine, midget gems.. Flavour is composed of light grains, little straw, nutty, little grassy hop, tangerine, orange rind. Palate is semi sweet, ok cask condition. Not terrible.

Craft at the craft beer Co Islington. A clear nutty copper coloured pour with a a halo of beige head. Aroma is simple, subdued nutty malts, browned bread, ginger. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, unrefined sugars, brown sugars, ginger, sticky. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, lowish carbonation. Ok. Not bad.

Cask at CBC Islington - London. Pours clear amber with a frothy, off-white head. Nice stuff, rich malty character, berries, toffee, plum. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Balanced finish, some toffee, toasted sugars, stewed fruits. Lovely.
