Craft Islington. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, modest fine carbonation. Soft light pale malts, sweetish. Floral hops, somewhat herby and bitter. Modest citrus and a little apple. Don't hate this but it's instantly forgettable.

Craft Islington. Cask. Clear amber beer, no head. Light palate, semi dry, low carbonation. Light tangy malts. Touch of tangy fruits. Some hop bitterness coming through on the dry finish. Doing nothing for me at all.

Craft Islington. Cask. Hazy amber beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and slightly soft palate, modest fine carbonation. Soft sweetish malts. Smooth Xmas spices and modest ripe fruits and a touch of brandy soaked fruits. Smooth finish. As Xmas nonsense beers goes, this is not bad.

Cask at Holler Brewery Taproom, Brighton on 22nd April 2019. Straw coloured and hazy with shallow white foam and scant lacing. Rich fruity hoppiness in aroma. Rich and intense tropical fruits in-mouth with peach , apricot and zesty citrus. Some savoury nuttiness combines with these flavours in a satisfying finish. Bitterness develops when a long gap elapses between sips. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel. Exquisite.

Keg at the Waterloo Tap, 15/03/19. lightly hazed golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is grassy, lemon rind, crackers, grains, damp straw. Taste carries notes of lemon peel, stale bread, balsa wood, damp cloth, grains. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering effect. Ok entry level kind of Linner.
