Bag,in a box at K&ES 2026. Pale yellow colour lasting bubbles. Proper perry aroma. Some sweetness in the mouth then a hit of sourness. Good tannins attack the gums. Really wakes the mouth up. Like doing gymnastics in your mouth. Good acidity. Good character and flavour. Good spur edge.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Gusher on opening. Hazy yellow gold colour, bubbly white head that quickly dissipates and aroma of perry pear, floral, ripe fruit, zesty citrus, funk hint. Taste is fruity perry peary, flowery, wood, acetic funky, with citrus rind, gooseberry, some acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary citric & light tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! For #rgpm. Dull golden colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, sharp, fleshy, acetic funk. Taste is tangy, tart, perry peary, citric, with biscuity funk, acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying peary acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Panda from danlo, cheers Ed. Pours near clear orange gold, opaque bubbles. Aroma: apple, caramel, funk. Taste: medium-ish, bittersweet apple, mildly tangy/tart, funk, mild to mid tannins. Medium body with light carbonation.

Taste is tart, perry pear, fleshy, wood, elderflowery hints, with some citric acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & tangy peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tangy, tart, ripe apple, stone fruity, juicy, with some leathery mucky funk and drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart tangy & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
