Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! For #rgpm. Dull golden colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, sharp, fleshy, acetic funk. Taste is tangy, tart, perry peary, citric, with biscuity funk, acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying peary acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Nose is bitter sweet pear, light apple, sugars, tannins.
Taste comprises pear juice, sugars, straw, subtle acidic nip, hint of caramel.
Medium bodied, limited carbonation, light drying close.

Panda from danlo, cheers Ed. Pours near clear orange gold, opaque bubbles. Aroma: apple, caramel, funk. Taste: medium-ish, bittersweet apple, mildly tangy/tart, funk, mild to mid tannins. Medium body with light carbonation.

750ml bottle from Aeble, for #rgpm. Slightly hazed deep golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of perry pear, woody, floral, funk. Taste is tart, perry pear, fleshy, wood, elderflowery hints, with some citric acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & tangy peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Opened with a pop. Cloudy orange colour, shortlived foamy white head and aroma of apple, stone fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, ripe apple, stone fruity, juicy, with some leathery mucky funk and drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart tangy & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Hazy yellowy gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, straw, funk. Taste is sweet, fruity, appley, some slightly acetic funk and bittersharp tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Hereford Cider Museum. Slightly hazy orangey gold colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, wood, leathery, funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fleshy, acetic hint, with orange juice, stone fruit notes, barnyard funk, wood, oak and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
