Bottle @ Haket. Pours very dark wooden brown with a small bubbly caramel brownish beige head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is sweet and malty with roasted malts, dark chocolate, sweetened dark roast coffee, moist soil, charred wood, oatmeal cookies, banana bread, alcohol, hay, caramel, toffee, caramelized almonds and hints of glue and acetone. Taste is sweet, bitter and malty with roasted malts, bitter chocolate, dark roast coffee, burnt cereal, hay, charred wood, alcohol, vanilla fudge, caramel, burnt cookies, toffee and hints of smoke. Mouthfeel is round, viscous, boozy, tiny sticky sweet, tiny roasted astringent and medium to full bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with roasted malts, bitter chocolate, hay, charred wood, alcohol, burnt cookies, caramel and vanilla fudge. A bit rough around the edges and immature, give it 6-12 months to mellow out and it will most likely be quite tasty.

Draught @ Ölstugan Tullen Lejonet. Pours very hazy yellowish brown with a frothy brownish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity, herbal and floral with rye bread, pine needles, freshly cut grass, lemon balm, black pepper corns, dry wood, grapefruit juice, mango, papaya, black currant leaves, lemon zest and hints of caramel. Taste is bitter and herbal with crisp-bread, grapefruit juice, resinous wood, pine needles, cereal, celery, burnt toast, rye bread, unripe tropical fruits, lemon zest, orange peal and hints of green peas and mint. Mouthfeel is soft, astringent, tiny oily bitter and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crisp-bread, grapefruit rinds, rye bread, lemon zest, burnt toast, cereal, pine needles, resinous wood and freshly cut grass. Slightly unclean, feels like a pretty good but still unbalanced and unclean home brew.
