Bottle Smell has dark malts Some coffee Taste is pretty high on chilis . Weak bacbone ( youd expect an imperial stout ..) Its much , but not too much . With a better , intencer base , id kinda like this ..

From tap. Pours solid black with a small tan to off white head. Aroma is dark malty and liqourice. Bitter and roasted. Lingering liqourice and dark malty. Roasted malty and lingering liqourice into the finish.

Bottle. Opaque black liquid with small to medium tan head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, licorice, bread, biscuit, toast, raw sugar, light booze and ash. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with notes of coffee, bitter chocolate, licorice and bread. Medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice.

Bottle. Hazy ruby liquid with small white head. Aroma of toffee, dried fruit, raw sugar, raisins, caramel and light bread. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of dried fruit, raw sugar, toffee and caramel. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Quite OK.

Bottle. Hazy orange liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit, mango, marmalade, tangerine, bread, pine, pineapple and pears. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of grapefruit, mango, citrus and bread. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Nice.

Bottle. Opaque almost black liquid with medium light tan head. Aroma of citrus, tangerine, toffee, candy, pine, fresh hops, bread, caramel, biscuit and mango. Taste is dry to very light sweet and medium bitter with notes of citrus, tangerine, biscuit, tangerine and caramel. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

Bottle shared at Beer Temple. Pours near black with a ring beige head. Aroma is vinous, overripe dark fruit, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Alcohol coming out majorly in the palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not good.

Draught at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö, Norra Vallgatan
Cloudy pale blond color with creamy head. The aroma is mild, spicy, more like an American than a Belgian, some cheesy impression, very light fruits. Light body, dry mouthfeel, mild spicy touch, correct bitterness, very light fruity presence.
Good that it’s dry, but it’s quite boring.

At "Göteborgs Porterfestival" 2013. November 16.Clear dark brown color, tan head. Smoked, malty, mineral scent. Mineral, malty, smoked taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Mineral, smoked aftertaste.
